The Petronas Twin Towers are the picture most people have of Kuala Lumpur, and going up is one of the first things visitors book. A ticket takes you to the Skybridge on Level 41, the two-storey bridge that joins the towers, and then up to the Observation Deck on Level 86 for the view over the city and KLCC Park.

How the visit works

Entry is in timed slots, and popular times (late afternoon and sunset) fill up first, so book a few days ahead.
The towers are open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays. Visits run from 9 AM to 9 PM, with a break around midday prayers on Fridays.

Getting there

The towers stand in Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), above Suria KLCC mall and next to Aquaria KLCC, so the two make an easy half day together. KLCC station on the LRT Kelana Jaya line is underneath. You can also add a private car with driver from your hotel and back.
