Absolutely! We specialise in creating personalised itineraries tailored to your preferences, budget, and travel dates. Whether you want to add extra days, swap hotels, include specific attractions, or plan a special honeymoon or anniversary experience, our travel experts will work with you to design the perfect trip.
Our packages typically include accommodation, airport transfers, guided sightseeing tours, select meals, and visa assistance where applicable. Specific inclusions vary by package and are clearly listed on each package page. Flights are generally not included unless explicitly mentioned, giving you the flexibility to book from your preferred departure city.
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel: more than 30 days before departure incurs 25%, 15-30 days incurs 50%, 7-14 days incurs 75%, and less than 7 days or no-show means no refund. Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Non-refundable components like visa fees and airline tickets are excluded. Full details are available in our Terms and Conditions.
