The Langkawi Cable Car (SkyCab), run by Panorama Langkawi, climbs from Oriental Village at Burau Bay up the steep slopes of Mat Cincang, with views over the rainforest, the Andaman Sea and the islands. From the top you walk to the SkyBridge, a 125-metre curved bridge hanging over the forest.

Good to know

Opening hours are usually 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
On Wednesdays the cable car and SkyBridge usually close from noon for maintenance: plan a morning visit that day.
The cable car stops in strong wind, rain or lightning, so go early in the day when the weather is usually clearer.
Not for anyone with a strong fear of heights.
