This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made through tripcabinet.com, operated by Tripcabinet Travel Private Limited (CIN: U52291KA2023PTC179561). Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through your customer dashboard on the Website. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days prior to the scheduled departure date:
Certain tour packages may have different cancellation terms due to advance bookings with airlines, hotels, or special events. These specific terms will be clearly mentioned in the package description and booking confirmation. The stricter policy will apply in case of discrepancies.
The following items are non-refundable once booked and confirmed:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approved cancellation. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
TripCabinet is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's bank or payment gateway provider.
For partial cancellations (e.g., one traveler canceling from a group booking), the refund will be calculated on a per-person basis, and the remaining travelers must still meet the minimum group size requirements (if applicable).
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
TripCabinet reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, customers will be offered:
TripCabinet shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to visa fees, travel insurance, or connecting flights booked independently.
Some group tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, TripCabinet or the vendor reserves the right to cancel the tour. Customers will be notified at least 15 days prior to departure and offered a full refund or alternative package.
Requests to modify travel dates, destinations, or traveler details must be submitted at least 30 days before departure. Modification fees may apply:
In rare cases, vendors may need to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, weather, or local conditions. TripCabinet will notify customers immediately and provide suitable alternatives at no additional cost. Minor itinerary adjustments (e.g., hotel changes within the same category) do not entitle customers to a refund.
In case of cancellation due to serious illness, injury, or death of the traveler or immediate family member, a medical certificate from a registered physician or death certificate must be submitted. Subject to verification, cancellation charges may be waived or reduced at TripCabinet's discretion.
If a visa application is rejected by the embassy or consulate, the customer must provide official proof of rejection. Cancellation charges will apply only to non-refundable components such as visa fees and processing charges. The remaining amount will be refunded as per the standard cancellation policy.
If you have purchased travel insurance, you may be eligible to claim cancellation costs from your insurance provider. TripCabinet will provide all necessary documentation to support your claim but cannot guarantee claim approval.
Failure to join the tour on the scheduled departure date without prior cancellation notification will be treated as a no-show. The entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

For group bookings (10+ travelers), special cancellation terms may apply. These will be outlined in the booking contract. Group organizers are responsible for communicating cancellation policies to all group members.
In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, customers should first contact TripCabinet customer support at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to arbitration as per the Terms and Conditions.
