The difference is where you sleep: Hotel Boss on Jalan Sultan, a large modern hotel five minutes on foot from Lavender MRT, in Superior Rooms with an outdoor pool downstairs.
Families travelling with grandparents tend to choose this one. There is more room to spread out after a long day at Universal Studios, and Kampong Glam's cafés are a short stroll away when everyone wants a quiet evening.
Lavender is one stop from Bugis on the green line, so the free afternoon on Day 4 is easy to fill. Mustafa Centre is about twenty minutes on foot. The trade-off is price — roughly ₹3,000 more per person than the ibis Styles Albert version of this Singapore fixed departure, which is the one we would pick if the room is only for sleeping.
Four lunches and four dinners are included, most at Indian restaurants with veg and non-veg choices; Jain food on request. If a date is still short of 20 thirty days before departure, you choose between moving to another date and a full refund.
