1. Booking and Payments:
   • To make a reservation for an international tour package, you must provide accurate and complete information.
   • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking. Payment details and deadlines will be provided during the booking process.
   • Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment options.
   • Any modification or changes in the travel dates may increase /Decrease the cost
   • Payment terms are flexible and can be done in parts as per the customer’s suitability.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
   • Cancellation policies vary by tour package and are outlined in the specific tour itinerary and booking terms.
   • Trip Cabinet reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the terms specified.
   • Refund requests will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
   • TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification
   • Booking is fully Non-Refundable 30 days before Arrival
   • Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.
3. Travel Documents:
   • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for your chosen destination.
   • Trip Cabinet may provide information and assistance, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the traveler.
4. Travel Insurance:
   • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
5. Changes to Itinerary:
   • Trip Cabinet reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations.
   • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to your itinerary.
6. Liability:
   • Trip Cabinet is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property incurred during the tour.
   • We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or inconveniences caused by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
7. Health and Safety:
   • Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Please follow local regulations and guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols.
8. Privacy:

9. Complaints:
