Cancellation charges range from 25% (30+ days before departure) to no refund (less than 7 days). Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Non-refundable items like visa fees and airline tickets are excluded.

Flights are generally not included unless explicitly mentioned in the package details. This gives you flexibility to book from your preferred departure city and airline. Our team can assist with flight recommendations.

Yes! We specialise in personalised itineraries. Whether you want extra days, different hotels, specific attractions, or a special celebration planned, our travel experts will tailor the trip to your preferences.
