Cancellation and Amendment by TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd.:
TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking without assigning any reasons, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of the company. In such cases, the company will make its best efforts to book alternate accommodations or services after confirming the dates with you. However, TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible or liable for any compensation, damages, expenses, or business losses incurred by you due to such cancellation or amendment.
Cancellation by You:
If you wish to cancel the tour package you’ve booked, you must notify us in writing through email at care@tripcabinet.com. The cancellation charges will apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical emergencies or pregnancy. These charges represent the genuine pre-estimate of damages that TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd. will suffer due to your cancellation. In group bookings, cancellations can increase the cost for the entire group, and therefore, cancellation charges are higher to mitigate this loss. TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd. strives to minimize the loss to you as much as possible within the confines of the cancellation policy. You acknowledge that the cancellation charges shall be paid by you without dispute and are explained to you at the time of finalizing the itinerary. If the tour is 100% confirmed and delivered, there will be a 100% cancellation charge.
Cancellation Due to Visa Refusal:
Granting or rejection of VISAS is at the sole discretion of the embassy. TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts as a facilitator for obtaining the VISA and shall not be held liable for the rejection of VISAS or any related incidental or consequential losses, damages, costs, or expenses. You must submit a copy of the VISA granted to you. If the embassy rejects your VISA within the specified cancellation period, the applicable cancellation charges will apply. You are required to submit the VISA refusal notification to us. For the purpose of determining applicable cancellation rates, the cancellation under this category will be deemed to have occurred only upon receiving the embassy’s intimation of VISA rejection. If you choose to reapply for the VISA, any subsequent cancellation charges shall be borne by you from the date of the second refusal, if any. If we receive no intimation from the embassy regarding the acceptance of your VISA application before the tour departure date, the maximum cancellation charges shall apply.
Cancellation for Non-payment of Balance:
Your tour package may be canceled for non-payment of the balance amount, in cases where you have failed to deposit the balance payment despite subsequent reminders. In such cases, TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the tour package and recover any outstanding balance after adjusting the advance payment received. Please note that any refundable amount will only be remitted by cheque in the name of the person listed as the booking’s primary contact. The company will not entertain requests for remittance to third parties or remittances in cash, as this is against company policy.
Processing Charges:
TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to charge a processing fee equal to 10% of the package cost if you withdraw your booking within 5 minutes after confirmation of the booking reference number being communicated to you by our end. Once confirmation is conveyed, standard cancellation charges shall apply.
Please note that this policy is effective as of October 10, 2023. TripCabinet Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, and the most current version will apply to all bookings.
