About This Role
Are you passionate about travel and eager to kickstart your career in the booming travel industry? TripCabinet is looking for enthusiastic Travel Sales Interns to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team in Ghaziabad.
This internship is your gateway to the travel industry — you'll get hands-on experience in selling international and domestic tour packages, understanding customer needs, and working alongside experienced travel consultants who'll mentor you every step of the way.
What You'll Do
• Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Learn to create customized travel itineraries for international and domestic destinations
• Help convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding client preferences and budgets
• Research trending destinations, seasonal offers, and competitor packages
• Support the team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the CRM database
• Coordinate with operations for booking confirmations, visa documentation, and travel logistics
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute fresh ideas for lead generation
• Assist in social media content creation related to travel deals and destination highlights
• Shadow senior consultants during client calls and learn negotiation techniques

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or Mass Communication preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Genuine interest in travel, geography, and exploring new destinations
• Comfortable with basic computer skills — MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or travel (even personal travel blogging) is a plus but not mandatory
• Must have a personal laptop for work use
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Genuine interest in travel, geography, and exploring new destinations
