About This Role

Sales Functions:

Actively promote and sell international tour packages to individual and corporate clients
Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Prepare customized international tour itineraries based on client requirements and budget
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive rates for clients
Stay updated on international travel trends, visa requirements, and destination knowledge

Operations Functions:

Coordinate complete tour arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing
Liaise with international suppliers, hotels, and ground handling agents
Ensure all travel documents, including visas, travel insurance, and forex are arranged timely
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refund processes
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
Coordinate with accounts department for payment collections and vendor payments
Provide pre-departure briefings to clients about their international tours

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international tour sales (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in travel industry
Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent knowledge of international destinations, especially popular tourist destinations
Strong understanding of visa processes for various countries
Proficiency in creating detailed tour itineraries and cost calculations
Outstanding communication skills in both English and Hindi
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Existing client base or network in travel industry
Knowledge of additional foreign languages
IATA certification or other relevant travel industry certifications
Experience in handling group tours and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotion

Working Conditions

Office-based role in Ghaziabad
Monday to Saturday working
May require occasional evening or weekend work during peak booking seasons
Some travel may be required for client meetings or familiarization trips
