  3. “Deposit”: The minimum payment required to secure your travel or tour booking.
  4. “Balance Due Date”: The date by which you must pay any remaining balance for your Booking, as communicated by Tripcabinet.
  5. “Supplier”: Any third-party service provider involved in fulfilling part or all of your travel package (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground transportation companies, activity operators).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a Booking, browsing our Website, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions that may apply to specific products or promotional offers.


3. ELIGIBILITY

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  2. By making a Booking, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
  3. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

  1. Tour & Travel Packages: We specialize in offering international tour packages, which may include flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, guided tours, excursions, and other travel-related services.
  2. Customized Itineraries: Depending on your preferences, we can create tailor-made itineraries. All special requests or additions may be subject to additional costs.
  3. No Guarantee of Availability: All Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that is not unlawful, at our sole discretion.

5. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

5.1. Booking Process

  1. Initial Inquiry: Browse our Website or contact us directly for information on tour packages or a custom travel plan.
  2. Quotation: We will provide a detailed quotation including price, itinerary, inclusions/exclusions, and other relevant details.
  3. Confirmation & Deposit: To secure your spot, you must pay the prescribed Deposit. The exact amount will be communicated to you based on your chosen itinerary and the policies of relevant Suppliers.

5.2. Payment Methods

  1. Razorpay: We offer online payment collection through Razorpay for a secure and convenient transaction experience.
  2. Bank Transfer: You may also pay via direct bank transfer to our official account:

5.3. Payment Schedule

  1. Deposit: The initial Deposit required to confirm your Booking will be specified during the communication process.
  2. Balance Payment:
    • After paying the Deposit, you must pay the remaining balance within one week unless otherwise stated.
    • In some cases, you may be required to pay the full amount at an earlier stage (especially during peak travel seasons, or when Suppliers mandate earlier settlements).
    • The Balance Due Date will be confirmed to you via email or other direct communication channels.
  3. Failure to Pay: If you do not pay the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your Booking without any liability, and any cancellation charges will apply as per our policy.

5.4. Pricing & Accuracy

  1. Pricing: All advertised prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, airline fare changes, or Supplier policies.
  2. Typographical Errors: We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and to cancel or refuse Bookings made under an incorrect price.

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Passport & Visa: You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess a valid passport, visas, and any other required travel documents (including transit visas, if applicable).
  2. Health Requirements: You are responsible for meeting all health requirements, such as vaccinations, Covid-19 tests, or other medical prerequisites.
  3. Local Laws: You must comply with the laws and regulations of each destination visited. Tripcabinet is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to follow local rules or customs.
  4. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential risks. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or medical costs you may incur.

7. ITINERARIES & CHANGES

  1. Itinerary Variations: Airlines, hotels, and other Suppliers may occasionally change flight schedules, accommodations, or other services. Tripcabinet cannot be held responsible for such changes, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and minimize any inconvenience.
  2. Optional Tours & Activities: Any optional activities not included in your original package must be arranged separately, and Tripcabinet will not be liable if you choose to participate in them.
  3. Minimum Group Size: Some group tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, we may cancel or modify the tour. If canceled, a refund will be provided according to our policy and Supplier rules.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

8.1. Cancellation by Customer

  1. Non-Refundable Bookings: Any Booking made 2 weeks (14 days) or less before the travel date is non-refundable.
  2. Refundable Bookings: Bookings canceled more than 2 weeks before the travel date may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to Supplier rules (airlines, hotels, etc.) and our own policies.
  3. Supplier Policies: If airlines, hotels, or other Suppliers have stricter non-refundable terms, those terms will override our standard policy.

8.2. Cancellation or Changes by Tripcabinet

  1. Force Majeure or Supplier Issues: We reserve the right to cancel or modify your Booking in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) or if a Supplier ceases operations. In such cases, we will try to provide suitable alternatives or process refunds when available from Suppliers.
  2. Partial Refund or Credit: Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund or travel credit for future bookings.

8.3. Refund Process

  1. Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or via another method agreed upon by both parties.
  2. Timing: Refunds typically take up to 14 business days but may vary based on bank or payment gateway processing times.
  3. Deductions: All cancellation fees, Supplier penalties, and transaction charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information (e.g., passport details) for all travelers in your Booking.
  2. Conduct: You are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, communities, and other travelers.
  3. Loss or Damage: You agree to be responsible for any damage or loss you cause during your tour (e.g., hotel property damage).

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  1. “As Is” Basis: Our Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, whether express or implied.
  2. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the continuous or error-free operation of our Services, nor the accuracy of information provided by Suppliers.
  3. External Suppliers: We act only as an intermediary between you and the Suppliers. We do not own, manage, or control these Suppliers and are not liable for their acts or omissions.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Indirect Damages: Tripcabinet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses.
  2. Cap on Liability: In all circumstances, Tripcabinet’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Booking in dispute.
  3. Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for additional expenses, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., airline cancellations, changes in flight times, natural disasters, government actions).

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Tripcabinet will not be deemed in breach of these Terms for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.


13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  3. Amicable Resolution: We encourage attempting to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Ownership: All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Tripcabinet.
