CANCELLATION POLICY
  • The advance amount paid as a confirmation will be non-refundable once the package is confirmed.
  • A 10% cancellation charge will be applicable if a confirmed booking is canceled 0-240 days from the date of booking (apart from the cruise).
  • A 15% cancellation charge will be applicable if a confirmed booking is canceled 0-30 days before the travel date (apart from the cruise).
  • A 20% cancellation charge will be applicable if a confirmed booking is canceled 20 days prior to the date of travel (apart from the cruise).
  • A 30% cancellation charge will be applicable if a confirmed booking is canceled 15 days prior to the date of travel (apart from the cruise).
  • A 50% cancellation charge will be applicable if a confirmed booking is canceled 10 days prior to the date of travel (apart from the cruise).
Note: This policy is subject to change based on the terms of third-party service providers.
Important Notes on Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation policies apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • Working days are considered in the notice period, and written cancellation is required.
  • Variations may occur depending on third-party policies.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Role as Agent: Trip Cabinet acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for the performance or actions of airlines, hotels, transportation services, or other providers.
  • Service and Liability Limitations: Trip Cabinet is not liable for any loss, damage, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
  • Additional Services and Charges: Any extra services or excursions not included in the initial package will incur additional charges, payable directly by the client.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must comply with the regulations of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and relevant authorities. Non-compliance may result in denied services or penalties.
  • Service Availability: All services and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and payment.

Itinerary Modifications: Trip Cabinet reserves the right to alter the itinerary without notice for the safety and well-being of clients.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Your contract is with Trip Cabinet. Once we confirm your booking request and deposit, the contract is established. For all correspondence related to tours or travel service bookings, please address Trip Cabinet.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE

In case of tour cancellations, clients must provide a written notice. Cancellation charges will apply as per the stated policy. In peak seasons (e.g., Diwali, Christmas), refunds are generally not provided. In cases of early departure or no-show, refunds will be limited based on recoverable costs from service providers.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for unused services will be processed based on the cancellation policy. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures. Any bank charges for refunds will be deducted from the refund amount.
